well, it's now the day before my African trip - I'm raising money for WaterAid on a cycle ride from Nairobi to Dar es Salaam. I'm really excited and flying round trying to get everything ready and leave the business in the best possible shape for while I'm away.
There's been a flurry of last minute sponsors which is just so heartening, so that we're now over £4300 - less than £700 to go.
Got my homeopathic travel kit ready and now just the last few things to do before I set out tomorrow.
