Dieting And Flu

A study has found that dieting in winter when flu levels are high is not a good idea as it makes you ore susceptible to the flu virus because it lowers your immune system. This is bad news at least for those in the northern hemisphere because January is the classic time to start dieting – new year’s resolutions and all that.
