Eat Slower To Eat Less

Not a magic pill; just common sense when you think about it. This is soemthing I have been advocating for a long time in the information about weight and shape management on my web site and it's good to see that the scientists back that now:

Wolfing down meals may be enough to nearly double a person's risk of being overweight, Japanese research suggests.
Osaka University scientists looked at the eating habits of 3,000 people and reported their findings in the British Medical Journal.
